The Lutra is a multi-purpose canoe, suitable for recreation, day paddles or extended touring on flat water,
gentle rapids or exposed lakes. It combines excellent initial stability with plenty buoyancy, lively manoeuvrability
and good straight line speed and tracking. It is equally at home packed with family and camping gear as with a
solitary angler. The light weight of course contributes to the ease of handling.
If you're a serious tourer and happy with slightly reduced initial stability, you may wish to check out the
Sylva, but otherwise look no farther than the Lutra.

The Sylva is a touring canoe for the connoisseur, the paddler who wishes to paddle and portage farther
to more remote places, and wants a craft whose weight, handling and looks add to the joy of such travel.
The lines and light weight, together with excellent directional stability, allow for effortless acceleration and
cruising. Whilst a little initial lateral stability is necessarily sacrificed in the interests of cruising ease and
speed, the secondary stability provides excellent response in waves, allowing this canoe to tackle demanding open
lake conditions.
