Rear of Drivers Front Wheel well Brake Vacuum Canister and Cowl Drain Boot

This shows the cowl drain boot behind the rear splash panel of the drivers front wheelwell.

The boot sets above the cowl section floor (top of rocker section) serving as an "overflow" drain. There is also a slot along the floor seam to keep the area dry, but likely will have been clogged up from dirt early on.
