Richmond 4th of July

Parade    Festivities    Fireworks

 

One of the longstanding traditions of the Richmond 4th of July is the Fun Run which immediately precedes the parade.  Last year there were over 400 entrants.  The race is open to all ages and abilities.  For more information contact Don Dresser, Jonesville Postmaster.

 

Fun Run starts exactly at 10:30 AM from the front of Richmond Elementary School, Finish at Volunteers Green. Donations are gladly accepted to benefit the Richmond Recreation Dept. Children under 18 need a parent to sign a waiver to allow kids to run. Please no roller bladers, skateboards or animals. Baby joggers are ok.  We are no longer using bibs, but will be using the old fashioned method of handing out numbers at the finish for the 1st hundred to cross the line.
